The customer who has a fleet of hardware equipment for which the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, entrusts us, against an insurance fee, with the entire management of faults and repairs, thus eliminating any risk in case of malfunction or breakage, being included in the fee both technical interventions in case of failure and spare parts. It is possible to stipulate an insurance maintenance contract even if the equipment is still under manufacturer’s warranty, for a minimum fee we will take care of all the management and opening of service requests to the various vendors.

On behalf of our customers, we install and maintain the main models of printers and MFPs on the market, both A4 and A3, our technicians continuously carry out refresher courses and are certified to work on most of the brands on the market. We Tech guarantees a widespread coverage of the entire national territory with qualified personnel who can intervene within a certain time frame and, in some cases, even within 2 hours from the request for personal intervention on computers, MACs, printers and multifunction devices, servers, storage, network equipment.

This is one of We Tech’s core businesses, as it is the typical case of combining the IT reseller’s skills in choosing the best hardware solution for its customer and those of We Tech in the development of the roll out project of the machines starting from the logistic part of the goods receipt, to the staging and configuration of the machines to get to the installation of the new one, the collection of the old one, the formatting of the machines and the start of the procedures is disposed of through its own partners highly specialized in waste management in the IT sector, or through the purchase of the old hardware and the consequent reuse also for donations to institutions and schools.

In recent years, thanks to the lowering of the cost of monitors we have had a considerable increase in Digital Signage, totems and interactive showcases, Videowall and large format TV. We Tech’s technicians have specialized in this type of installations also guaranteeing maintenance and post-installation assistance.
